JESS NICOL

Jess began her competitive career at the age of 5 in ice skating.  She received many accolades in skating, including second place in the ISI World Championships when she was 7 years old. 

 

At the age of 12, Jess began learning ballroom dance and found she had a real passion for it.  After three years of competing throughout the country, Jessica won the Rhythm Pro-Am World Championships at the Ohio Star Ball. She continued her competitive career competing in the Pro-Am Rhythm and Latin styles until she was 18, where she began a new chapter as a professional and started teaching full time.

 

Jess has recently expanded her professional career;  she is now competing in the Professional Rhythm.   We look forward to see them progress!

Jess enjoys teaching beginners and advanced students alike; seeing her students improve and grow as great social dancers and competitors gives her fulfillment in her job.

 

She is also certified with DVIDA in American Style Rhythm.
