Incorporating some stretching exercises into your workout schedule and/or dance lessons will help you improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and ultimately, make your workouts and dance more efficient and safe.

We offer a group fitness class and a personal training session.

Our instructor is Miwa Rifu, a personal trainer who belongs to International Body-maintenance Association.


Group class

Monday: 10:00 am for 60 min.

Wednesday: 6:00 pm for 60 min.

Thursday: 5:00 pm for 60 min.

Saturday: 10:00 am for 60 min.
