Incorporating some stretching exercises into your workout schedule and/or dance lessons will help you improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and ultimately, make your workouts and dance more efficient and safe.

We offer a calm & gentle stretch class under calm and friendly atmosphere. 

Our instructor is Miwa Rifu, stretch trainer who belongs to International Body-maintenance Association.


Monday: 11:00 am for 60 min.

Thursday: 5:00 pm for 60 min.
