This class incorporates Pilates-based elements to cultivate both suppleness and strength.
Along with improving core stability, it also enhances strength and resilience in the arms and legs, supporting balanced, functional movement throughout the body.
Primarily offered online, the class allows you to participate easily and comfortably from home.


It is particularly suitable for those looking for a gentle and sustainable way to maintain strength, stability, and overall well-being.

Our instructor is Miwa Rifu, a personal trainer who belongs to International Body-maintenance Association.

 

Group class

Monday: 10:00 am for 45 min.

Wednesday: 6:15 pm for 45 min.

Saturday: 10:00 am for 45 min.
